I have been writing songs since the 1960’s. Starting with parodies of teachers and
‘heart on the sleeve’ ballads of tragic events I worked at the craft until I felt
I had something worth learning and singing. Some songs were performed by bands in
Cornwall and Dorset, but most lay dormant until we moved to the Wye Valley. Since
then, some of my songs have been recorded and performed by Trilemma and Twisted
Blues, and given air-time on BBC Local Radio.

I have recently recorded an album of twelve of my songs (New York Girl) that marks
a new venture for me as ‘singer / songwriter’, recording engineer and producer.
I would be greatly honoured if anyone else were to sing my songs, and if successful,
please remember that I do hold copyright!!
